PeaSoup has been a solid cloud provider…

PeaSoup has been a solid cloud provider for us. Their platform runs smoothly, and we've had no major issues. It's easy to use, and their support team is genuinely helpful.
We also like that everything stays UK-based, which gives peace of mind.
Overall, they're reliable and do what they say they will.

10/10 company to deal with!

We've been using PeaSoup for a while now as our Cloud Repository for clients running Hyper-V and Veeam Backup & Replication.

They're easy to get hold of, fast to respond and sort any (I think we had 1 minor issue) out and generally get a response all the time, whether it's an evening or a weekend.

Would highly recommend and we are about get another of our Education customers backing up to them.

A Focused but Flexible IT Partner

After using PeaSoup as our Veeam Cloud backup partner for a number of months I have found that they are focused entirely on meeting the needs of the Public Sector organisation I work for.

From the on-boarding process, developing the service, and responding to support requests I have had no bad experiences. And we are currently expanding our use of this supplier to include further services.

EDIT: We have taken on further services from Pea Soup and conducted successful tests of our Business Continuity Plan using their services. Our Tech Team and the Management here are all very impressed.
