My internet is sporadic to say the least, so when an issue occurred there was a very quick response by the pearsons team and my delivery arrived super quick .

Heritage glass required for heritage project. Delivery good although they did cut itto the wrong size but they replaced it IMMEDIATELY. That is the sign of a good company. Yes - I would recommend them.

This was my first time visiting Pearsons and they did not disappoint.

A welcoming and friendly greeting by reception was followed by the most gorgeous displays of glass!

I obviously wanted to take out a second mortgage and buy everything they had!

I enlisted the help of “Mark” who was very patient with me while I dragged him around asking him for prices and picking his brains about what glass was suitable for fusing etc.

I then had questions about foiling equipment and grinders so Mark summoned the manageress from the office who was so lovely and helpful - she spent quite a while with me guiding me on grinders, soldering tools and other necessary equipment!

Once I had made all my choices Mark then set about wrapping everything - he was very helpful and very funny 😅

I have thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Pearsons and will definitely return.

Went to buy glass for a project was in the place for hours due to the huge range of stock. Mark was on hand to give guidance and the Manager even came down to help us choose the right Grinder Excellent customer service all round. They could not do enough to help. Thank you so much Mark. Will visit again.

The glass I ordered was delivered within good time. It was also well packed so no chance of breakages en route.

Initial order went missing, but Pearsons sent a replacement order and it arrived within 3 days.

Pearsons will go the extra mile to make sure you're kept in the loop and ensure everything is explained to you. Whenever I was unsure of something, their staff were always happy to help over the phone and always friendly. It's refreshing to have a company be transparent about what they can do for you.

been using Pearsons for few years now, i make some tricky fiddly mirrors and some big huge things too .. and they are always so helpful.. really appreciate a company that actually helps you out and work with you ! they are so knowledgeable and if there is an issues its dealt with.

Sent wrong lead this time. I have had issues with two out of the last three orders. Previous issue was with scratched glass (all on one side like it had been ran along a concrete floor). I was informed that it was for mosaics really (but listed for lead work).
I phoned up several months ago to confirm before ordering that a different glass wouldn't be scratched but was informed that it was only a cheap glass so no guarantees - do you get a scratched car when buying a cheap new car!!!!! They are nice when you phone up but I cannot trust that I will get undamaged glass, so will not be ordering glass from here again.

I came to visit from Canada as I have a difficult time getting Lamberts flashed glass and some patterned glasses that only Pearson's has. I was most impressed by the new setup as I only had been years ago at the old place. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice.

We have a very good working relationship with Pearsons, they supply us with a variety on Glass / Mirror shapes and sizes.
If there are any quality isues, they are normally resolved quite amicably although any re-makes can some take time.

Good service, prompt quotes and delivered on time with no scratches or blemishes in the glass

I've been a small customer of Pearsons glass for about 30 years and it's extremely rare if ever I've had a problem. Always good service, prices and quick delivery. Nikki has always priced my quotes quickly with a friendly attitude. No wonder they've been in business for so long and keep getting bigger and better.

This brilliant Company have been supplying glass and mirrors to us for many years, the quality and workmanship is second to none.
Customer service is excellent.

One item out of stock was a bit of a surprise but everything else ok and delivered well and secure

I have been using Pearsons for over 40 years and find them very helpful. However, find the new online catalogue a bit clunky. Bring back a PDF please.
