I ordered over $200 of pearl jewelry
I ordered over $200 of pearl jewelry. They shipped it and according to tracking it was marked delivered. I never received it. I reached out to both pearls and TikTok and received no help. All they could say was it was delivered according to logistics. I asked if they had put insurance on the product in case something like this happened and they did not reply. I don’t think it’s fair that I paid over $200 for jewelry that I did not receive I have asked neighbors and everyone that lives here with me to see if they picked up the package and no they have not. I have to admit that I did not have a ring doorbell for footage, but I did buy one after the fact that I did not receive this package, but they are still refusing to help the situation to remedy it. I don’t know if the items were ever really shipped or if they just made a shipping label and shipped it out I don’t know but it is unacceptable that they don’t have insurance on these high value jewelry products I have spent well over $500 on orders to them, but they still don’t want to resolve the issue. I did request a refund, but I’m also willing to accept replacements. they denied me the refund and TikTok did too. I’m just making this post or review so people are aware and hopefully the situation doesn’t happen to them.
