Nicely presented but ill fitting backs I did fill in a form reagarding this.The designs are pretty and my husband bought me the box with seven pairs in for Christmas .Sadly because of ill fitting backs two have been lost already.Such a shame..Perhaps you could replace them which would be a gesture.
I had my Mother's pearl necklace restrung at a very reasonable price. I asked for a knot to be place between each pearl and this was done at no extra cost. Great communications with helpful, polite staff. All done and delivered on time. Highly recommended.

I have just concluded my 3rd purchase from The Pearl Company and continue to be very satisfied with their products and level of customer service. On this latest occasion unfortunately my chosen product was out of stock. I did agree to wait for new stock but unfortunately this was not forthcoming. However they offered me a replacement product more expensive than the original along with premium delivery at no extra cost. Their customer service was exemplary, worthy of a special mention was Jade who kept me informed and ensured delivery before Christmas. A first class company with a first class products
This company advertises online and in natural daily newspapers about its products and often a discount code, so logged into their shopping products the one advertised today,the link does not work the discount code neither works, spoke to their customer service they said not aware of problems, then told them the discount code its not valid and its a I.T problem.
