Very impressive the system that they have setup here... blows away the Centralized Corrupt exchanges.

Smooth experience for me. Everything is done through escrow and it’s trustless

The new UI is much more practical

The new UI is much more practical. Posting and managing orders is faster, the sleep mode is a great touch, and notifications actually reach me now. Smooth experience overall

A highly trustworthy platform

A highly trustworthy platform. The experience of trading on this platform has been excellent, with very reasonable mechanisms and strong security. Despite the initial product already being good enough, the team has been continuously working to improve user experience and has implemented a new website redesign. I believe they've taken the product from a 90 to a 99.

I must mention that not long ago, due to my carelessness, I entered the wrong amount, which caused the transaction to fail automatic confirmation. Even more foolishly, I initiated a new transfer. Although the team had reminded users that they should bear responsibility for their own mistakes, the staff still very patiently helped me contact the seller in the transaction and expressed sympathy toward me throughout the process. Fortunately, I encountered friendly staff and an incredibly honest seller, and my money was returned. This experience made me feel the positive atmosphere created by the entire platform, which fosters mutual trust among people. Thanks very much.
