Very poor service and no customer…
Very poor service and no customer contact. I returned a collar that was too big so far no money has been returned to me . My e mail ignored and umpteen telephone calls go unanswered . Shameful

I ordered initial party bags for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. They are very good quality and look very stylish. :) Highligh recommended.

High quality goods, expensive postage
I bought an initial bag as a gift. I have bought from this company before and love the design and quality of their bags. I gave it 4 stars as the postage is a lot of money for only one item and if I hadn't needed to make a set I would have walked away. Sadly I wouldn't buy one off items again with this blanket postage cost.

Good choice of good quality products
Good choice of good quality products. Ordering and delivery went without hitch. Cannot compare with alternative suppliers as I do not often buy on-line, but as an IT illiterate, I managed to succeed in placing my order!

Cannot fault this company. Their products are wonderful and the customer service is amazing.
They are brilliant at providing bespoke service if required. if you can't find exactly what you want on their website, they will endeavour to provide what you are after. This is my go to company if I want a personalized gift. I use their personalized bags instead of gift wrapping a present, as it makes a present extra special.
And the bonus is that it stops the recipient having to put gift wrapping paper in the recycling bin and instead, they have a wonderful bag they can continue to use.
