I just completed my 3 day course and now I have signed up to continue the privilege of working with Multifamily Mindset. The course information presented opened my eyes into the process involved with purchasing a multifamily property. It was straightforward, no nonsense, factual information presented in the best possible manner. Jim made the three days of learning fun, interactive and intriguing. The message was clear; you MUST do the work on your end, there will be a support system to help and take every opportunity to keep learning. The strategists that were there were fun, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to help with everything. Absolutely outstanding. I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to attend and continue my affiliation with MFM. So far, so good. The experience has been positive so far with MFM. The trainer and strategists have been helpful and shown their knowledge.

Mr. Anderson is doing a great job delivering, I'm hearing new information from. People who do the investment and not the information deliverer. Straight forward with pricing, he's able to identify everyone by name and that's a great sign of a good teacher

U can make a LOT of money following their providing steps and it’s hard to put a price tag on that

The seminar directed the energy to Think in the direction of building ,putting action into your Motivation. It gave insight on Why, How to, and Act Now. Very Powerful and Meaningful that proves substance that will last a lifetime.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Most of the reviews on here are not even from the mentorship! They are people who took the free “intro class” or the $1500 “3 day” - I have no doubt these people were encouraged to leave positive reviews to “flush out” the bad ones. Inexperienced “coaches”, 40 THOUSAND DOLLAR price tag on the “mentorship” + predatory high pressure sales funnel. Owners are currently in lawsuits with each other, allegations of hoarding cash, sexual assaults, intentional devaluation of company, cult like behavior, I could go on. I am SHOCKED that this company has such good reviews.

I have started the process of diving into the multifamily mindset. After completing day 2 of my seminar I am so excited to see where this takes me. I have learned so much in a small time, so ready to learn more and ready to put it to use.

I just went to the event in Waterbury, CT hosted by Scott. What a blow hard. He told us up front NOT to ask questions as he would “cover” them in his pitch. He had plenty of time to tell us about his golf game but wouldn’t take questions. Why? To avoid further discussion. He told us we could learn all the secrets for a mere $1,497. What he didn’t say was how they try and upsell you for THOUSANDS more at the meeting. When I walked out early one of his guys offered to “make it right” and took my phone number. Still waiting for a call…STAY AWAY

Upsell to a $1500 3 day event so the can try to upsell you to a $40,000 membership.
It's a sham. If teaching you to make these deals for multifamily complexes is so easy. Why would they charge over $40,000 to do it?

Paid for the $1500 course. Mindset was huge, and the amount of information that they give you should give you enough for you to go hunting by yourself if you are motivated enough, but if you need a hand (which they will they will tell you, you do for $40,000) they'll help. And when I have the money, or I am under a deal, i will 1000% do it. Great organization. Great people.

I'm really saddened by what I have experienced with this company. I believed in their product and was excited to participate. I signed up with a $500 deposit and had full intentions of attending the workshop in California, however a short time later, my dad suddenly died, and I couldn't make the trip. I postponed making any decisions until I had gotten through the grief, but this loss was so great, that I realized that my heart wouldn't be healed overnight. I talked to the customer service at Multifamily Mindset and asked if I could get a refund and possibly do this at a time when I was more emotionally settled. They gave me an email to send a refund request to and I was denied. They apologized for the loss of my dad but was unwilling to give me any kind of refund. This is a multibillion-dollar company and $500 will not break their bank. They weren’t even willing to accommodate a grieving woman and are willing to take her money without any kind of recompense. They didn't even offer a partial refund! One would think this company would have, at least, a modicum of compassion to make an exception to their contract, which by the way was never fully explained, they only brought it out when I asked for a refund. This saddens me because I really believed this company was an answer to a prayer for me and my family, but I can see that they are just as crooked as many other fly-by-night companies. I am going to continue my pursuit of a complete refund because the circumstance of my father's untimely death was beyond my control. I pray Tyler Devereux sees this message and responds appropriately.

The event coordinator, put together an amazing venue for three days of amazing content, speakers and engagement. There was great attendance and energy amongst the attendees, and the staff and sponsors took great care in sharing their stories, actual experiences and using the MFM system.
