We were viewing a caravan with regard to buying it, we live in West Devon and the caravan was in Swansea. I contacted Peacock Ins. for a quote prior to viewing it and decided to purchase, I called and spoke to Evan who arranged for the policy to be put in force, although the legal speak was a bit longwinded he was able to sort the policy and we brought the caravan home.So far I am pleased with the service and long may it continue

I have just made a purchase for touring caravan insurance and spoke with Evan, as all previous reviews say, he is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and I found him to be exactly the same. I would happily recommend him and the team when buying a policy.
When a company calls you after checking their website I normally find this annoying but on this occasion Evan was so courteous and friendly was able to answer questions confidently that I took the policy out there and then.

Regan ran through the policy at the level and speed which made it easy to understand.

I dealt with Evan in the new business department. Phoning to get insurance is not everyone’s idea of a good time, but I came off the phoning smiling and was still chuckling half an hour later. First contact via Martin Lewis Money Expert. Their quote was about 3rd cheapest out of 28 received. I then did my own online research about Peacock Insurance. Reviews read well. Rang Peacock insurance and spoke to Regan Olley. Very straight forward information and helpful. Quite happy to send all info in paper format. We live in a very rural area and no computer. I decided to take out a home insurance having had to chase Howden who 'recently took over aplan'. Noticeable lower standard of customer service and vast increase in premium. We have never claimed on house insurance which has run for over 30yrs..
