I placed an order in June 2024,as of today, August 26,2024 I have not received my package. After numerous attempts to Aimee Rauseo, the owner, contacting the post office it was discovered that Peachy Queen Cosmetics sent my package to an unknown address by the post office. It is my opinion and my own personal opinion that "BUYER BEWARE". There is not a number to contact this company and the Better Business Bureau isn't any help. This is freaking ridiculous. It is my opinion to run to another website as this website is a joke and that is my personal opinion. If anyone has any clues or ideas, please share.

Never got anything and the email doesn't work.

Wish I could leave ZERO STARS!! My friend that placed a order on August 8, 2023 that she still has NOT received!!! She has reached out to this company several occasions now and always has received a short “template” reply back or do not reply back to her at all! Over a month now of waiting! This is totally unacceptable and not good business practice at all!!!!! Honestly leaves a bad taste in my mouth and since I honestly love the Peachy Queen palette I have this has made me never wanting to order anything else from this company. I find it so hard to comprehend how a company in the USA takes longer than a company overseas to ship paid products to their customers!!!! Ignoring customers is how companies fail and just is not acceptable…… I didn’t even want to have to come here and write this but figured it needed to be done in hopes of finally getting their attention since emailing them just doesn’t seem to be working at all!!!
