We usually issue the funds within minutes of the application being approved and as most major banks operate instant transfer schemes, a two hour wait should be the most you may have to endure, but usually it does not take more than 15 minutes.
We can assure you that we aim to issue the funds as quickly as possible and we are constantly striving to find ways to reduce this timescale while ensuring that all applications are dealt with due consideration. Your comments will certainly help us, as we’re constantly looking at ways to improve.

Easy online approval
Easy online approval just a bit slow to confirm and funds not yet received. As a disabled customer I find it hard to get credit despite my above average income from disability benefits etc but was approved in principle almost straight away!

Easy to use system and let's you give explanations if an expenditure is £0 where other companies have assumed I wasnt being truthful, travel in this case, I pay nothing monthly as I dont drive and I either bike or walk, Peachy gave me the chance to explain it!

Due to this, we think it is reasonable to ask the customer a few additional questions just to make sure the information entered is an accurate representation of their situation (in your case, the fact that you do not spend any money on traveling monthly as you either bike or walk).
