These guys are a scam
These guys are a scam. I made a payment to convert a picture into a Jpeg file but it wouldn't do it even though they advertised that they could. Then a month later I was charged $50 as a subscription even though there was no mention of this? Dodgy

First, our platform does support image conversions, including to JPEG. If something didn’t work as expected, that would typically be due to file issues or incorrect input—not because the feature doesn’t exist. Our support team is always available to assist in those cases.
Second, the subscription is not hidden or “dodgy.” It is clearly presented during checkout, including the price and renewal terms. Additionally, a confirmation email is sent immediately after signup outlining the subscription details. Being charged a month later only happens when the subscription is not canceled within the trial or billing period.
Describing a service as a “scam” because you did not review the terms or complete the cancellation process is misleading to others and does not reflect how the platform actually operates.
