the service was excellent.
unfortunately, the PDF file i tried to auto translate was not translated (perhaps due to the fact it was a picture of a record which was less readable. however, i had complained about it to the service and after few emails back and force i had been promised by Dan from customer care to refund and also advised regarding sensitive data - so after all although i was unable to translate what i needed, the service was excellent.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE! PDF Leader operates a highly deceptive, fraudulent scheme designed to trap innocent users. I paid a one-time fee of USD 0.95 just to convert a 2-page document. They completely hid the subscription terms and secretly enrolled me in an outrageous USD 44.95 monthly plan, stealing money from my card without any authorization, confirmation, or clear warning.
When I caught them and demanded a refund, their support blindly copied and pasted robotic, templated answers, completely refusing to escalate my issue to a manager or a Quality Assurance supervisor. This is absolute theft and a textbook financial trap. Save your money and your sanity—avoid this predatory company at all costs!
