The online chat was easy. I just don't like the fact that I was charged 39.99 x 2 months when I only thought it was a one-time, less than 5.00 fee for one document. I'm sure that was on me, not reading something in the beginning.

Fast response in case you need to cancel. Be careful to check after 7 days and if you do not need the service after your vacation away from the office, do a manual written cancelation request. You dont want to be auto charged if you dont need to service. Service staff seem to be effective and easy to deal with. Prompt and polite response.

I found pdf House through internet…
I found pdf House through internet browsing as I have a document I urgently needed to change from pdf to jpeg. I thought I could pay for a single use only and had not realised I had signed up for a monthly subscription which I did not need at all.
I contacted the message form and had a very helpful agent called Harold who promptly cancelled my subscription. He was very efficient, friendly and gave me all the information I needed.
Besides that PDF House was a easy site to use and the changing the document and downloading was quick and easy. Thank you.
