Their customer support / service we…

Their customer support / service we have not experienced with any other company. We made an error and did not complete a task, our responsibility, as a result we were billed $96.00. We contacted them and Jill, Ralph, Rex & Sarah kicked into gear to tesolve the issue. This ended costing their company financially but their goal was to satisfy us, the customer, resolve the issue. They did. We would always use this company when need arises.

NOT FREE

Full of scripted delays in the underlying site code, then they charge you to download your filled PDF at the end, do not recommend.

Our apologies if any confusion, Moses!
We do not charge per download or per document. What you, most probably, saw was an account registration prompt? The account is indeed mandatory but it is actually free. And once you register, there is also a 30-day free trial period. In other words, the first month is entirely on us.
Re the first part -- sorry, did not quite understand what you mean under "scripted delays"? If you are open to the idea of sharing your concerns/questions regarding the site performance, please email support@pdffiller.com. Our Support is working 24/7, we'll be with you ASAP. Thank you.

PREDATORY

NEVER USE THIS EVER. I spent upwards of 1.5 hours filling in a pdf and it
1. Did not say i had to pay until AFTER i finished editing my pdf so I had to give them my payment information to even download my document
2. Messed up the layering of my pdf so i had to move everything and drag things to the right places
THIS SERVICE IS PREDATORY AND EVIL. STAY FAR AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

Our apologies for the confusion incurred, John!
1. CC details are indeed part of the account registration process (you'd need to create an account prior to editing, sorry if this was not obvious!). Please note that your card won't be charged in the first 30 days, as this period is covered by the free trial.
2. Hard to say anything exact without looking at the document, sorry. But we can certainly help. If you kept the account -- our Support is online 24/7 for you, all weekends and holidays included.
Once again, apologies for the frustrating experience!
