How this company uses Trustpilot

pdf.net is out here claiming “Free Signature on PDF (Free)” like it’s doing the world a favor. It lets you get all the way to the point of entering your email… and then slams you with a paywall: “You need to pay for this service.” So the “free” part is basically just the hook. That’s classic bait-and-switch behavior, and it instantly kills any trust. Hard pass.

Easy to use. Expensive for the service provided, but it's worth it for occasional use. Be aware to cancel the subscription when you're done.

I paid $.95 to use it one time. After I used it months ago, I check my bank account to see this pdf llc company taking $71 CAD from my bank account every month. No notification, no notice that I made a subscription, just $71 gone month after month. I “subcribed” 4 months ago and it’s taken just about $300 now. As someone still in highschool I can’t afford that at all. Don’t use this website, total scam

Claims free PDF tool, allows full editing, then asks for money in order to allow the user to download their edited PDF. Scam site.

actual scam. makes you think its free and then makes you pay right before you try to download the document

I love the product! Easy to use and versatile. My issue comes with the billing. I was not told until AFTER I had done my work that I would be billed for a "free pdf editor". I did like the control so I paid for the 14 day trial. Upon reading the fine print I see that if I do not cancel within the 2 weeks I will be billed automatically at $49.95 per month. I like the product, but I am paying for this out of pocket to make my job easier. I will NOT be paying $600/year and not being reimbursed. I plan on discontinuing this as the trial end date nears.

I print a .pdf document 1-2 times a year, just need pdf.net once in a while.

why on god honest earth would i pay for a online pdf editor. They boost the search engine by having "hassle-free" in the subtitle to boost the search, and then last second when you already edited to pdf, they blue ball you and say you need to pick a plan before you download. Horrible people really

"Free Online PDF Editor" and then make you subscribe just to download the file. Not even complaining about the price just the shameless "loop hole". At least have the decency to clarify that before I actually spend time and effort on editing my files

I also bought the 1.95 trial not knowing it was a 14 day trial before being charged 49.88, then they charged me at 10PM 13 days later. i would never use this site or service!

Easy to use system with additional features. Low cost. I like it!

This is a great option to create a fillable PDF document. It is not expensive, easy to use and reliable. My only critic would be that I did not realize I had to pay a fee until the job was done. But the fee is reasonable and I happily paid for it. Just be aware!
