Nicole, I'm sorry you're dealing with this, unexpected charges after cancelling are upsetting and I understand the frustration. Renewal and trial terms show at checkout and again in the receipt email, so we'd want to pull up your account and look at exactly what those charges relate to. Please email support@pdf.net, it may take a detail or two beyond your Trustpilot info to locate you, but once we do, you may well be eligible for a refund under our no-hassle policy.

Not ACTUALLY free
When searching for a free pdf filler online and ad came up for this service. It apperas free and I filled a document out. When I download, payment is required. This is a deceptive practice. Please don't advertise for these search terms and make it clear there is a pay wall upfront.
