Excellent sesrfvice
The service is excellent. It does a great job at taking my jpeg files and produce pdf versions for me to download, all very cheaply. I'm not quite so sure if I could afford around US$45 for a permanent account, though.

Awful website
I am very disappointed with my experience with PDF.net. $52 was taken out of my account, and I have been trying to get in contact with customer support to cancel my subscription and request a refund. I have emailed them about both issues, but I have not received a resolution.
I have also tried calling their customer support number multiple times, but the calls keep going straight to voicemail. It is extremely frustrating to be charged this amount of money and then have no reliable way to reach someone for assistance.
Another issue is that I could not find a clear option to cancel my subscription directly on the website. Customers should not have to struggle to cancel a subscription or chase down customer support after being charged. The lack of an accessible cancellation option and the difficulty getting in contact with support have made this experience very stressful.
I am simply trying to cancel my subscription and get my money refunded, but I have been left without a solution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service unless they improve their cancellation process and make customer support more accessible.

Subscriptions can also be cancelled directly from the account settings page, and support@pdf.net is the fastest way to reach our team.
