First-class service provided by PDC Surveyors, they couldn’t have done any more. Paddy went out of his way to accommodate our survey when I contacted him last minute and he got us fitted in the very next day. After the survey had been completed Paddy called me to discuss the findings and sent over the extensive album of photos he had taken whilst onsite. He went through every photo in detail and outlined what the issue was, recommended improvements and provided estimated costs for the repairs. An extremely professional and thorough service from start to finish, I couldn’t recommend PDC Surveyors highly enough and I’d definitely avail of their services again if I were to purchase another property.

We received a very detailed report which gave us fantastic advice and expertise, a very prompt delivery and support for moving forward.

The survey I received was very detailed and easy to follow and understand. The survey pointed out major issues in the house which I would not have been made aware of without the professional conduct of the survey. This saved me a significant amount of money, not only that it saved me massive headaches in the future.

Really positive experience. Martina was very responsive in getting the survey arranged. Paddy was really thorough and helpful throughout the survey giving lots of advice and guidance. Would definitely recommend paying the extra for the walkthrough option to spend time walking the property with Paddy after he has surveyed it. After the survey Martina shared contacts for additional surveys which were recommended. Martina and Paddy are very helpful. It was definitely worth going for such a detailed and thorough survey. We dealt with PDC recently in the want to purchase a property in Belfast for our 2 daughter’s at Uni, Paddy was excellent in that he ensured we were in the right area of Belfast for safety, and within a short walking distance to local amenities & Uni. He advised in value for money and completed an A-Z report, not leaving any stone unturned.
Martina was super-efficient in replying to messages and emails, the couple went above and beyond and speed up our process as we were tight for time.

I highly recommend PDC Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants. From the minute I made my first enquiry until the instruction was complete Martina was honest, professional and extremely helpful. Paddy was exceptionally professional throughout our survey and the advice and information he provided was invaluable to us. We are beyond grateful.

We were passed on the details of PDC when looking to get a survey carried out on what we believed to be a sound property. Although they were not the cheapest that we spoke to from the first phone call with them they gave me the confidence that I'd be getting a service worthy of the fee. The report was very detailed, and highlighted issues that we would of otherwise not had any idea about. Including to name a few rats in the attic, a leaking chimney into a bedroom and a leaking roof, all of which had cost estimates attached. Ultimately we pulled out of the sale as the Vendor would not address any of the issues or reduce price to allow us to do it. However, I'm thankful, that these areas were highlighted to us and we weren't lumbered with a property that we would have had a nightmare with repairing. I would use PDC again when purchasing a property.

I highly recommend PDC chartered surveyors. I used there business to survey a house I’m trying to buy because I’m a first time buyer and upon availing a walk through survey from them it opened my eyes to the things I need to assess within the property which allowed me to negotiate with the sellers of the house. As from the survey showed like roof assessment required due to leak in bedroom, the attic showed wood warm and electrics are very old with no inspection been done for years. Throughout this process Martina has been very helpful and kind I highly recommend everyone to avail there services you won’t regret it! They create a very detail and in depth survey report of the house which will show all the potential things required looked upon before purchase. Also any questions I asked to Martina she was very willing to help and recommends the right people for inspection of roof and electrics. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money.
