Extremely Disappointing Experience with PDAX
PDAX freezes accounts without clear justification and resolves issues painfully slow. My account was restricted simply for depositing multiple legitimate funds, with no prior warning, no clear explanation, and no reasonable timeline for resolution.
During the freeze, I was unable to access or use my own money, missed trading opportunities, and received delayed, generic responses from customer support. Communication was poor, uncoordinated, and lacked accountability.
For a platform that claims to be regulated and trustworthy, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Compliance should not come at the expense of customer rights, transparency, and timely resolution. Holding user funds without proper explanation or urgency seriously damages trust.
Unless PDAX improves its account handling, communication, and customer support, I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values reliability and access to their own funds.
This is a big scam
This is a big scam. Don’t put your money in PDAX
Scammers Gonna Scam
1. Started with 3.7k
2. Bought BNB, down to 3.3k (more than 10 % robbed)
3. Tried to withdraw BNB multiple times, it says unsuccessful, no reason is given
4. Sold BNB, down to 3.2k
5. Bought SOL, down to 3k
6. Tried to withdraw SOL, says "try again later, unable to withdraw tokens".
Scammers gonna scam. -17 % just because of their technical glitches and robbing people and transactions, -17 % is UNHEARD of.
And all of that just because I wanted to withdraw my money that you are withholding? What's the use of your "business" that does not operate 24/7 when blockchain does?
A bunch of Filipino criminals.
PDAX is unreliable.
UI improvements. Better response time. LOWER FEES!
They need need to improve this UI nightmare. It is x1000 times worse unlike Binance that seems to be good sailing. The BSP's and SEC's shenanigans are too out-of-hand with this app that truly degrades the Pilipino in that of clunky and not so smooth applications much so website services related to the government. It is is too backwards with no willingness? or just capacity to go forward.
The response times are also a problem. The lack of better integrations and hidden agendas such as the minimum amount of buy will only show after you try to do it. What about those who want to try for the first time. They will have to pay another whole fee just to try out. Add the part that GCash fees are 15 pesos per transaction like bro.
There is a dilemma of what could have been better. Use the standalone PDAX or use the GCash version that is also powered by PDAX. It is so frustrating that we have this sort of quality in production in the Philippines that makes me want to be like the others that are disliking this country and its antics especially in services and applications run by the government that it itself is inadequate and not so secured.
I hope the fees could be lowered XD. Quite ironic to ban Binance then we have fees. I guess they don't want us to just trade but work.

Greetings of Peace! I just want to bring to your attention this concern. More than 5 people have been calling and texting this number 0927477392 stating that they got this number from PDAX MAP. Please investigate as this number is not of PDAX. The owner of this number started to receive text and call after he was offered
by a certain person who claims he knows people from you administrative officers. The owner has to file a police blotter on this

Are you manipulating the price
Are you manipulating the price? What i mean is after i sale my token the price bounce so high but when i was still holding it the price is going down or level the price i buy. Then other token i have is going down but after selling the token the price going up 😡😡😡 like what the heck
NEVER AGAIN, NEVER FORGET!!
NEVER AGAIN! I had my cash-out last December 23, 2024 via Instapay, and up until now, the transaction is still pending, while the subsequent transfers after that with the same cash-out details via Instapay again are successful. I have been in contact with their customer service and up until now, December 26, what they have gave me are default replies as to their team are (still currently) working on the case. I opted for Instapay because I need my money immediately to settle some bills! Now I am late. NEVER FORGET!
TOO HASSLE TO PROCESS REFUND
My first cash-in transaction from my GCash wallet to PDAX's UB account went through. However, when I tried to do another cash-in transaction today, it didn't go through, but the amount was deducted from my GCash wallet. I contacted PDAX support via chat but couldn't even process the refund and told me that he already referred my case to their Internal team. He said it takes 2-3 working days for them to process my refund request. WTF. I should have bought ETH earlier today because the price dropped and it's a good opportunity to buy ETH, but I couldn't buy due to this issue. WILL NOT TRADE CRYPTO WITH PDAX ANYMORE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND PDAX TO MY FRIENDS.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. If you can’t get a reply after 2 weeks of non-stop follow ups, how can you trust the company with your money. Not a chance.
Trust is the operative word…
You can not trust the review on this site
Not subscribed but getting emails from them
I have done my best to stay away from spam but this site just would not let me get off of their list. Too many times I have unsubscribed and I even got the notice of successful unsubscription but they keep on coming back. I find it shady and I am not even into crypto so whoever sold my email to them bless you.

i cannot open my PDAX account everytime i use Google authenticator... what happen? i unistall and intall my apps but did not work..
App is very inaccurate
App is not user friendly with less infos and very inaccurate to use due to several maintenance and system errors especially on the mobile app. Eversince i use the app it is made difficult to show my portfolio and keeps on loading i cannot said that this is due to the bottleneck of the network or servers on their end.
Only trading...
A trading platform indeed. Sometimes It has a downtime issues and cannot show any prices. The mobile version seems quite confusing for a beginner, it lacks simplicity on information. I have to rely on coingecko's loser/gainer; or coins.ph's check price features just to see the price graph so I could decide whether I'll buy/sell, that simple graph helps a lot.
I hated the part that some Crypto can't be traded straight to PhP. I have to trade PhP into PhPT just to make trades. Example of it, to start trading Dogecoin here requires to convert Philippine Peso to PhPT which is kinda of annoying. They shoud have convert everything to PhPT
I hope they have stakings, liquidity pool features like from Binance and Abra; or a mining features like in stormgain. Under BSP which is a goverment, I expected less that those good features to be implemented in the near future.
Too many maintenance, very basic.
A lot of times, I encounter "maintenance" and I cannot trade. Binance, Coins.PH, and Kucoin is way much better (but Coins.PH chargers bigger fees). Also, has very basic tools.
I hope that PDAX will improve their platform with more tools while retaining their simple interface.
Also, money when cashing-in sometimes arrive very late.
Other than those mentioned above, this is a good platform for training common cryptos and you are protected by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Great crypto trading platform
Great crypto trading platform. I wish the limits were a bit higher but, overall, the platform is WAAAAAY better than the others.
