Refused my Consumer Rights

Bought software from the PC Pro magazine online software store. This software never wprked properly for me and despite insisting on a refund I have been refused with quoted inaccurate descriptions stating why I could not. I should add that my Consumer Rights allow me to a refund with giving a reason within 14 days and all this happened 13 days after purchase and only 8 days after installation and activation.
This software store is a stain on the previously respected magazine PC Pro and they should take action before their subscriptions further plummet. Other customers affirm my experience of the PC Software store.
