Really professional service and reliable. Ali came and collected my PC and it was back with a new hard drive within 4 days. He also spent an hour going through any updates and issues to make sure I was happy.

Shady experience.
Shady experience.
They claim to have open purchase and right to withdrawal but when i wanted to return my windows 11 purchase they stoped answering.
I tried to call but no answer, various emails, yet no replies. It is as if they are trying to get away with it.

We are of course very sorry that you, as a customer of ours, are left with a less good opinion. That is certainly not our intention, on the contrary, we work every day to deliver the best service and experience to our customers.
And let it be completely clear and without the possibility of misunderstanding. We always reply to our customers, although in this case it unfortunately happened with a slight delay.
In the specific "case", we have been notified of a cancellation of the purchased item on Thursday 29 September 2022, at 1:42 p.m. and two days later, Saturday 1 October 2022, we have refunded the money and closed the case, despite the fact that we according to agreement not yet have received back the product in question, which in this case is a physical product.
After all, we think this is an ok service.
However, we deeply regret that in the course of the 2 days we have not been quick enough to answer e-mails, and today, Saturday 1 October 2022 we have not been easy to reach by phone due to support in relation to another customer.
Regardless, the case is now fully resolved within 2 days. And of course we also are satisfied with that, all things considered.

Poor & Rude Service
Do not get any product from them, because when something unexpected happens their services are POOR & RUDE indeed!
Ordered Microsoft Office on the 17th of February 2021, got the key, & so long so good. My MacBook Pro with an M1 chip then had to be left for a service. Thought that I had backed up the new ‘Office’ program, but had forgotten to so. This was when the real trouble begun. Tried to download the program a new from the Microsoft page, but failed as it said the code was already used once. Contacted the support unit at pcmac, & they told me how to get it back – which of course I had already tried in the way that they described. Told them that I had done so, to which they answered ‘The ans[w]er is the same, because it is the right answer’. They then referred me to another unit. Downloaded the said program, & sat waiting all of the 3 days suggested (with the mobile & computer on), but in vain.
Wrote to them & said so, to which they answered ‘What you are writing is simply not correct. (…) Our supporter waited for the agreed time on this, but nothing happened’.
With no precise instructions, they do obviously believe that I am a mind reader. Wrote to them again on the 9th of August, but so far no answer. Today it is the 12th & I do not expect get one either.
Have no asked for the money back, but had to get it from another company instead.
So I will have to repeat what I wrote at the beginning ‘POOR & RUDE SERVICE INDEED’.

also what's more they also took the time to add the delivery instructions to the package, so the package could be delivered whilst i was out
