We are not digitally sophisticated and had lots of queries. Steve came on time, did not hurry us and helped update all we needed and gave good advice on our set up. The price was extremely reasonable. We highly recommend PC Kings for technical advice on both equipment and usage.

Never used PC Kings before but after a quick phone call Steven visited the following day. A stubborn and complex hard disk capacity problem was rendering my PC unworkable. Within just 1 hour Steven had resolved the data conflict and my PC has been running smoothly ever since. It really was an impressive demonstration of IT expertise. Steven was very approachable. He also provides documented results of the work done and future recommendations. All very reasonably priced to boot. (pardon the pun!)

Guy that came for a home call today was super nice, he explained to me what he was doing and why the entire time, and gave me lots of advice for the future. Great service and knocked a fiver off the price for me. Would definitely use this company again for future problems.

Excellent service from Steve. He is calm when you're panicking and has a solution for every problem. Got my laptop from which I run a small business back up and running within 24 hours of first contact and was patient throughout. 100% recommended!

tried everyone on the wirral but no-one would come out to a virgin problem,one came and sold me a new computer but could not get it up and running.Then I got Steven King. Steve did an excellent job fixing my lads PC. I rang him in the morning and he had the problem sorted by the afternoon, which was brilliant. He explained everything clearly in a way we could understand (I have no clue with PCs) The computer is running perfectly now. Excellent service. I got my HDD taken out and replaced with an SSD. PC has completely transformed and feels brand new. Service was complete within 24 hours with all data moved and completely setup with windows 11 installed.

Resolved the issues with my printer/scanner and my network extender within the time of the appointment..

Steven came out to help me with problems on my computer. He resolved all of them and showed me how to manage emails etc. He is very knowledgeable and competent and knows his way around a computer. I was quite impressed and will certainly call him again when needed. I also thought his charges were very reasonable.

Steve at PC Kings provided a swift resolution to a major problem I had with my MS Surface windows 11 Laptop. The service was great and reasonably priced. I am happy recommending them.

I rang Steve for advice re MS Outlook issues (lost Contacts with new version of software !!) and he recommended a remote access appointment the next day. The Service provided was clear, thoroughly professional and guided me through a solution and importantly how to create a backup of my contacts for the future. A first class service.

Steven came along to sort out a number of technical issues that had been frustrating me for months. He sorted out all of the issues within a short time and his knowledge of the software and technical matters is vast. I was absolutely delighted with the work that Steven done on my computer and without doubt, he will be the only person that I will consult when I undoubtedly have future computer problems.

One problem was found and fixed. Then a second was found later on that day. rang again to explain what had happened. He came out the same day and fixed the computer. Happy to say my computer is up and running.

My lad tried to build a pc himself but failed.gave pc to Steve who found all the faults and repaired them. Also installed windows 11. Outcome is my lad know has a very powerful gaming pc
