I was very pleased with my experience at PC High. The shop is trustworthy and offers very competitive prices, even if delivery sometimes takes a bit longer. I especially appreciate the honest and kind communication from the team — it made the whole purchase process smooth and reliable.
Shortly after placing an order, I asked if it would be delivered tomorrow, and just because the agent told me it would take longer, they thought that therefore they should promptly CANCEL the order. How can someone deduct that???? I could have waited more for my order, no problem!
Now my money is locked for 5 days until the refund arrives. I am buying somewhere else, with this weird thinking customer service, it seems I dodged a bullet.
Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a smartphone through PCHC, which was delivered on time, but the phone does not perform as advertised. Naturally, there is no possibility of return, and the clerk with whom I corresponded was rude and insulting. Never again!!
Extremely slow process. The estimated stock and shipping time they show in the website is not updated correctly, so you sometimes pay for something that will not be available and they won't tell you until you ask. Would not recommend shopping from this website.
Quick delivery and response, best prices despite being a small business!
This site is a complete joke. Poor communication, and huge delays in delivery. I made an order on Wednesday, but by the following Friday, 10 days later(!) there was still no communication from the guy.
I cancelled and the money has supposedly been refunded.
When it says "3-4 days" for delivery this is a totally imaginary timeframe.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE EVER !!! In my case, an item ordered and paid for on a Monday, was said to be delivered within 3-4 days. After 10 days, as nothing was in view, I asked to cancel the order. With PC-High, there is no cancelling or return possible because they work with other suppliers and actually have no idea when the item will be shipped. Furthermore, they write "3-4 delivery days", but take no responsibility for the delay and give you no chance to cancel when they are late... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
