Neil the go to guy

A great experience with Neil at PC Academy when I had a problem with my laptop I really didn't know what to do (I'm well into my 60's). A friend of mine recommended PC Academy so I took into the shop. Neil's expert advice saved me money and time. He managed to sort my problem out in minutes and was totally honest with his advice when others may have tried to cash in on the problem. If I had any problems with any laptop/PC he would be the go to guy.
