Received the wrong color but customer service was very responsive and sent me the right color quickly after I reached out. They even let me keep the wrong colored glasses.

I got sent the wrong sunglasses by mistake and the customer service were so quick to help me and send me the correct glasses the very next day!

Even though the case came very smelly
Even though the case came very smelly, I think it's the material they use, therefore the sunglasses takes on that smell and is very strong, I tried to return it but the delivery is more expensive than this one, so I complained... and they responded to me instantly giving me the solution to refund the case money, the person was very kind and well, no problems with the sunglasses, good quality, and the delivery arrived in only two days, very good service, really.
