I bought something from your app and both the time I charged your fee but my concern is both the transactions I paid same day to your app than you app should wave my fee in my paid account. Very poor policy against genuine customers.

My experience with Zilch has been great. The app is very easy simple to navigate and use. The Zilch services are excellent such as where I can shop how the purchases are paid back by installments is really convenient and helpfull for me, I'm able to get my new flat up together because being with Zilch has made that really good for me, as I've had to buy things for my new flat and althoe I've paid everything back well before the set dates, the service in general has been outstanding, I'm so glad to be with Zilch.
