Liubomyr Lobur from your Risk and Support Team helped me very quickly. For 2 months I have been trying to cancel my subscription but failed, and he helped me a lot by canceling my subscription in 2 minutes.
Unable to use ADLock app with the license code I purchased. I get an error message saying that code is invalid. My debit card got billed roughly 7$cad. for one month. It won't block ads on the Pinterest site as promised. Hopefully my bank will reverse the charge. I spoke to someone at this company who hardly understands English. No surprise there. Stay away from this company and ADLock ADLock is a scam bigtime A lifetime boycott with this company and all other SaaS providers like it

Quick response to a request for cancelling a no longer applicable subscription renewal upcoming billing. Cancellation confirmed immediately with a confirmation email.
I'm still waiting for a refund from Paypro global. Two months ago I contacted paypro requesting a refund for a service I had ordered. I received an automated note fom them informing me the company I had purchased the service from and Paypro global would look into issuing the refund. I have heard nothing back from three followig emails asking for an update apart from three auromated replies of their generic letter informing they are looking into it and I will be contacted shortly. Customer service from both companies is non existent. Would not recomend Paypal Global as a service

My problem is resolved in only 4 minutes. I'm surprised.
I am still waiting for 2 refunds from pay pro global they have not contacted me and when I email them I get an automated message saying (you are waiting for a refund) I know I am, if paypro global sees this message contact me on my email or or phone at rickyrjssutton@ outlook.com and 07709009152 literally I feel you are robbing me. Update- pay pro global have seen my complaint and just emailed me saying I will be refunded within 5-10 working days, so, I am hopeful I will receive this refund as I have not had an email like this from them before but I will keep you updated.

Alina was great!!! she helped me cancel my subscription to a website I signed up on about a year ago super fast and simple. I hope I'm spelled her name Right because she was super fast and courteous. If I ever have the opportunity to use PayPro's service again I will. 10/10 service.
I tried to contact PayPro several times via live chat and email to ask for the license code for the software I purchased with order #23710869, but I was unsuccessful.
*After opening this review, they contacted me and resolved my issue. Reevaluated! Thanks!

Worst ever. Never experienced such a hassle with just one payment. Nobody is asking for ID card, and you should improve. I feel sorry for not checking their feedback on Trustpilot beforehand.

I use them as a payment processor/merchant of record to sell my software online, worldwide.
Been using them for around 6 months now, and it's worked very well - customers have had no troubles, payouts have been quick and reliable so far, the online dashboard is unpolished in places but does the job effectively, and support has been extremely helpful & responsive with the various small questions I've had.
I had previously had problems with payments elsewhere when selling in Latin America & Asia, and PayPro have been a notable improvement on other processors I've tried in terms for selling outside the US & Europe - much wider payment method & currency support, and better fraud handling (e.g. they can enable 3DS and other tighter checks on a per-country basis if you ask, depending on the issues you're seeing).
