I've been a customer with PayPer Week for over 2 years. Had no problems with my flooring other than them ordering way too much so you have to pay more but I made use of the excess so I really wasnt bothered and they dont seal the flooring for you thats down to you. Once I had paid it off I decided to get a new bed. I've had the bed about 11 months and it broke under my 2 year old disabled son!! I sent in all the pictures they asked for, even sent in more when they asked for them to be told its being rejected because it looks like I've damaged it, like "someone standing on it or misused it". I have absolutely not stood on it and I don't even sleep the side it broke. They also said on the phone it would most likely be rejected as it was too close to 12 month warranty date! 12 month warranty means 12 months you'll be warranted for it to not break not almost 12 months. Absolutely gutted, right before Christmas when I can not afford to replace because they're expecting me to keep paying for something I can not use. It's pretty clear now I've looked closer at the wood slats that it's very cheap wood and poorly placed screws. Please anyone looking to go through this company do your research and question everything immediately. If anything goes wrong I haven't found a single review anywhere where someone has said their issues have been resolved and they will absolutely find a way not to refund or replace! Just glad I was putting off ordering a sofa through them until after Christmas because reading through this it seems their sofas are worse than the beds!

First time using pay per week and was a quick and easy process, the sales agent Louise who placed our order and sorted everything out was very helpful and polite
Excellent service which ive received and the time the guys done fitting my bedroom carpet today im so very pleased and had alot off respect from them and the time and effort they out into i would recommend them to anyone thanks so much gary
Our agent, Louise, was lovely. She really helped us to make a decision and was so professional. Couldn’t recommend the company enough!
The vinyl fitting was alright and I’m hopeful it’ll prove to be good quality flooring. However, they ordered far too much which meant I was charged more than necessary. Communication hasn’t been great they ignored my initial messages after the first payment and were slow to respond overall. That said aside from those issues they’re okay at the moment.

Bought a sofa and yes it arrived in perfect condition and In less than one week it developed a defect.
Was asked for pictures and as they can see we have a dog blamed him for the stitching coming open.
If the dog had done it there would be teeth marks and more damage than undone stitching.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I URGE YOU GO ELSEWHERE.
They do not care its 8pm and im receiving text messages from the women thay sold it on my personal number.
Ever the professionals.

I picked a carpet for my living room which was quite a thick carpet, it’s costing £730 in total. I had the carpet fit and it is paper thin to the point you can feel things underneath the carpet. After emailing and messaging Iv waited home today for someone to come out and take photos and nobody has been! This company is a scam! I’m paying £730 for a carpet that is paper thin! I would’ve never bought this if I knew it was going to be thinner than my original carpet I had down. Do not use this company. They’ve also told me they will not be taking this carpet up and I still owe the money.

Complete joke of a company, we were told by the rep who visited that after paying the deposit and first automatic payment the carpets would be fitted, made the first payment early in order to get them fitted. Two weeks after making the first payment and deposit, still no carpets or any contact from pay per week, I contacted them to be told the carpets were not in stock. Waited another two weeks and still nothing, contacted them again and told them I want to cancel, they said, if I cancel I would not get my money back and this was after paying over £200. Phoned them again one week later, I was told by pay per week to contact the carpet company myself. After speaking with the carpet company they told me my carpets had been sitting in their shop for a while and they had been waiting for pay per week carpets to arrange a fitting date, so I arranged this myself. After arranging my fitting date, almost a week later I was contacted by pay per week, and they mentioned that I still had no fitting date, so I told them I had already arranged it myself with the carpet company. Almost two months after making the deposit and first automatic payment my carpets were fitted. The pay per week office staff were Very rude and unprofessional. Also, a few days after having the carpets fitted, the carpet in the small room had bubbled up. Complete joke.
Great sales rep but the quality of the sofa was unlike anything I’d ever seen. It was hard to sit on, it’s got clear visible bumps on, the cushions have string coming out and it is also a little under sized.
Accepted a return but wouldn’t refund my deposit which I am absolutely entitled too. I’ll be taking it further.
The day the fitters turned up they came with the wrong door bars (single instead of double) the fitters then said well we’re not coming back we’re from Wolverhampton? I phoned the company and was told they would arrange for the fitters to return with the correct door bars and fit within 2 weeks it’s now been 6 weeks and still no one has come back to finish the job. The fitters also complained about the rate they were being paid for the job although that was nothing to do with me so they phoned and complained to their manager. Then one fitter started on the stairs and the other started the Lino in a small hallway once the hallway Lino was laid he then hurried the other man along. They also said they don’t seal the Lino that’s my job?? I paid just shy of £1000 to be told they don’t finish off the Lino they didn’t have the correct door bars and haven’t been back still to complete. I’ve also phoned the company to complain just to be told it would be done within 2 weeks? Shocking would not recommend
Very poor I'm not very happy with the carpets I have received there aren't the ones I asked for plus stains on hallway carpet. After I called the office there said someone from the carpet fitters will be in contact with me that was 3 weeks ago there can come and take this crap carpet back 🤬🤬🤬
