honeygain

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

I have sent money to family...and found…

I have sent money to family...and found out it can only be received after 22 days...and there's no service from Paypal to remove or refund money back...so your money is stucked. Don't send or make payments through PayPal. Service people can't help and their phoneline is not working.

ZERO star customer service

First my husband opened a PayPal account at my request. Within two months of opening his account had been closed down. Paypal retained the amount of £560 which had just been transferred to him this was on the 2nd of May 2021 thereabouts. They have kept the money till today and have no plans to return it till October 28 2021 (180 days) interest free.
Paypal says there was suspicious activity on his account to date they have not proven any suspicious activity and it seems this is just a ploy to hold on to my money interest-free for six months.
Today four months later I have challenged them to provide proof of the fraudulent activity or refund my money.
They haven’t got any proof but they refused to refund the money till the 28th of October with no interest.
I spoke to the customer service today absolutely no good speaking to them. They have closedown my husbands account and they have blatantly kept the money for absolutely no reason.

I have had A PayPal account for a number of years and I recently realised that I could use the PayPal me for business and for family and friends.
Initially it went well but today I had major issues and I have spent the whole day trying to get Customer Services to answer a simple question. The staff I spoke to calls herself Sarah Jane was plain rude there is no nicer way to say it and when she got tired of me asking questions she just ignored me.
I kept writing “are you there?” “ are you there?” for over 30 minutes and she didn’t answer.
I have the transcript as proof.
I ended the call and initiated another on the message centre I got a man who did exactly the same thing.
It’s obvious the management is non existent or/And doesn’t care
they declined my card three times in a row and blamed it on Amex whereas they were the guilty party and this is why they did not want to answer the question because they didn’t want to lie in writing. PayPal kept saying it was Amex while Amex said it was PayPal and they kept going back and forth but Amex was transparent with their case while PayPal kept avoiding answering my questions. Very sneaky people.

I decided this could not be coincidence so went on line to check their reviews!

I will take the advice of other reviewers and report them because I feel they get away with this because nobody does anything

I filled their survey and give him 0/10 in everything but I’m sure you don’t give a hoot!

Poor Paypal

Poor Paypal. It doesn't allow you to change the username once you create it or not even to delete it. How hard it is to make "username" editable. It is laziness.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. PayPal.me is advertised to work as Venmo does. Instant payment and instant availability to transfer. NO WHERE does it say that they could hold up a payment FOR OVER 30 DAYS!!! I had a player send $50 on September 10th, 2020 for his portion of our soccer teams dues. $50!!!! Today's date is October 15th, 2020 and STILL PENDING!!!
The same excuses given "From time to time, PayPal needs to take a little longer to review transactions to ensure that the transactions are compliant. You should receive an email if we need further information. Thank you for your patience." verbatim from their emails back to me each time I've inquired as to what the hold up is.
30 days is plenty of time "to review a transaction" utterly unacceptable at this point. Company just holding onto money for absolutely zero reason.

Another company who has no clue !

Another company who has no clue, first off my problem involved a section of their company (Paypal gifts) that they could have informed me existed.
Integration with South Africa, it's been months since my account has been able to revive money, but no problem taking it out !!!!
