Mark E was very helpful, explaining why I got two policies, one cancelling the insurance and one with new insurance details. He offered me the online option which i had told the broker that was how I wished to receive my documents. When I was sorting out my elderly brother's affairs I found that he had been paying two companies for house insurance over a number of years. I called Paymentshield to discuss this and they explained that he was entitled a refund of the 50% of the duplicated premiums from each company, if I provided proof of the duplication.
I did this, it was dealt with very quickly and a refund issued to my brother.
