There are a lot of companies out there, doing some-what the same thing, so it was refreshing to meet "Nate"! Nathan Wilkie was one of the nicest, professional, and helpful account managers that I've worked with.
Nate followed up with me daily (without being pushy or annoying) to ensure that everything was satisfactory.
He answered all of my questions, with understandable answers. I was treated like "I mattered"!. This is the same spirit in which I run my company. The kindred energy was off the charts amazing!

What a great experience! I am a novice to all this and learning a complicated integration with our EVchargeHERO product for EV charging, and Nate helped me every step of the way. Sign up was a bit confusing. When I received approval, there was no instructions to access the PaymentCloud website and the merchant ID was missing. I had to call Tech Support. Would have been easier if that information was in the email.

The ems data platform place to hold on my payout because of problems that were not my customer’s fault because they declined transactions, but then accepted the transactions, but then wanted to speak to the customers to verify their transactions verifying the transactions is one thing, but verifying the transactions through a customer is a little over the top with customers that are just coming to a website to buy a product. These are customers that have been around since I’ve started my brand for five years so they feel a little out of place with this new form of approach with EMS data. My payout has been on hold now for almost a week and funds that are accumulated are two process orders fulfill orders for customers. This is very upsetting and time consuming.

We partnered with EMS for payment processing for our U.S. eCommerce business. During onboarding, we were assured there would be no reserve, and the signed agreement confirms a 10% rolling reserve, capped at $500,000.
However, EMS is now withholding 100% of our revenue — over $75,000 — without any written explanation, violation notice, or timeline for release. We've remained fully compliant with our processing limits and have had no chargeback spikes or fraud alerts.
Our account manager, Julie, acknowledged the issue and said it was submitted to management, but weeks have passed without a single update. Meanwhile, EMS continues to charge our bank account for fees and refunds, even while holding all funds and processing no new transactions.
This situation is unsustainable and unacceptable for any operating business. We have issued a final deadline and are preparing to escalate the matter to the FTC, CFPB, and legal counsel if it remains unresolved.
Business owners should be extremely cautious before choosing EMS as a processor.
