The Worst company with merchant service what i know . The hold your amount for them making profit on it .
This is not a Millon dollar transaction. There is not any risk. The client paid with the credit card and the way what I understand with the manager and risk management department .
This is not supposed to be that way once, There is the first reviewed customer and all the amount should be released.
I found it others company what they can released all amount after 2/3 business days . It has been frustrating and disappointing company to work with it.

We applied with our business and was Instantly rejected. We have never borrowed before. Been in business for over 5 years. Only do government contracts. We make over 45,000 per month. They never checked our info. What a joke
