I very much appreciate the next day delivery by courier

About two weeks before the operation my daughter introduced me to the concept and application of the Ostomy systems which gave me a preview of the choices available.
Hollister visited me at the hospital shortly after my operation to promote their products. As I already needed their products, their visit was timely and informative. I really appreciated their input and concern. Hollister also provided free samples to try out their systems. After trying them, I decided on the two piece flange & pouch, which works well for cleaning. After the free samples were running out, I started checking on the internet and among other sites I found PAYLESSMEDICAL. As your name implies, I saw definite savings for the products i wanted. I also noticed you carried a wide variety of brands, including Hollister. My first order was quick and easy, I had pre-researched the products I wanted on your site and saved them as bookmarks so I could quickly find and order them. You use PAYPAL for payments, more QUICK & EASY! Then the order arrived the next day, the best QUICK & EASY!
Later, I did make a mistake on one order and when I contacted you to cancel the order, I was told it was already enroute. I was also told that I could refuse the delivery with no charge and just order the correct supplies. You sure do take the stress out of this aspect of my life, THANK YOU!

Thank you for the excellent service. The product came a day before the expected delivery date. The only 2 wishes I would like to see are:
1.Do price match with other supplier
2. Reduce the cost of Delivery to $100 instead of $150 because
sometimes my order is only $100.
For this reason, I have to go to another supplier to place my order.
You also have the same excellent service with the other supplier I used.

I received my order very rapidly and was satisfied with the pricing and service except that it was sent to me by Purolator and a signature was required. Because I was not home at the time, I had to drive 10 miles to pick up the item.
I would like to continue ordering but do not want to have to sign for the order as then they could leave it at my door.

Products for ordering is well laid out on the web site. Delivery is very fast.

I have been buying my Ostomy supplies from Payless for years. However lately I seem to be having problems with Back orders. When I order I expect to receive my Ostomy supplies quickly (and I normally do) not hear a few days later that my supplies need to be back-ordered. I can't function without my ostomy and need to be able to rely on getting them in a predictable time. Also, they are very expensive and once they are paid for I can't afford to go and buy them somewhere else. If the supplies I order are not available, I should be informed at the time of ordering so I can decide what to do. Switch to a product that is in stock, go somewhere else, or wait for the backorder.
It is very unsettling to be wearing your last ostomy and not knowing when more are coming.......
