It's not worth it

Update*
I was eventually refunded by "Amanda from PayLeap," but only after I pointed out the false advertising on their checkout page and the lack of clear, visible links to their full Terms and Conditions. Out of courtesy for the successful refund, I've adjusted my rating from one star to two. However, the experience confirms the company uses misleading practices to secure payment.

Not so great experience.

First, they advertise a couple of things that are completely misleading. The main selling point is having AI tailor your resume to get interviews, but after two months, I haven't even received an email from any of the places I applied to. To make matters worse, their core AI tool was down for at least three of those weeks, meaning I was paying for a non-functional service.

Second, they advertise a "full refund—no questions asked" policy. What they fail to mention in those ads is a 14-day cancellation window hidden deep in their Terms and Conditions, which they use to weasel their way out of refunds.

Overall, it felt like this wasn't worth it.

It's a little interesting at first

It's a little interesting at first, but it just doesn't work. The job filtering is worse than linkedin, levels.fyi, indeed, etc.

The information I provided was very comprehensive and, if the service worked as described, would have been really useful.

unfortunately it just doesn't work at all. I'm not sure how you can get away with charging anything for this and lying about your trustpilot score on the front page.

Fraudulent Website

beware!!!! It's a money scam site. Once you subscribe, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. There's no button on the site for subscription cancellation because they want to keep billing you

The company refunded my fees.

I signed up and paid for an account. However, the account didn't work. I asked for a password reset and got an email asking what was wrong. I asked for a reset. I tried resetting on the web page but never got an email because it can't find my account. I asked for a refund but never got a reply. Payleap.co is a scam I think.

Dear Jeffery,

I’m truly sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. From what you describe, it may be that the wrong email was used when trying to reset the password, since this process works fine for other users. If the issue persists, our support team is always available to help recover accounts manually.

We always make sure refunds are issued to any unsatisfied customers, and I just checked and can confirm your orders have already been refunded. Please also make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case our reply or the refund confirmation email was missed.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance to try the service itself — we’re confident it can provide real value in your job search.

Best wishes,
Emma

Do Not Buy Payleap

This is just an AI resume manipulation site. The jobs listed aren't real. They only list remote job posting that are no where in your area.

Dear Norman,

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. We always strive to provide the best service possible to all of our users. Please reach out to our support team so we can review your case, resolve any issues, and compensate you for the trouble. You can send us an email at hello@payleap.co

I can assure you that the jobs on our platform are real. We get them directly from companies as soon as they’re posted, so our users can be among the first ones in the line. If you’ve seen expired or invalid jobs, let us know and we’ll remove them right away and notify the company that posted them.

You also have full control over what kinds of jobs you see: remote and/or on-site, and for remote, whether they’re near your area or open nationwide. If that’s not working as expected, we can adjust it for you.

Beyond personalized resumes, we also tailor cover letters for each role, offer auto-apply for any jobs so you don’t waste time on hundreds of forms, and provide an AI interview coach that helps you prepare for that exact role and company with realistic simulations, live feedback, suggested answers, and more.

Our goal is to make every step of the job search easier and improve your chances of landing the best role as quickly as possible, while saving you countless hours of manual work.

Again, I’m truly sorry you had this experience, and I hope we can work together to resolve it. We’d love the chance to help you.

My oh my this is a terrible site

My oh my this is a terrible site. I don't even know where to start. They don't have resume recognition, so you have to fill your own experience..okay. But then it didn't save after I clicked Save Changes.

There are text fields for things like dates but then require a specific format.

The site literally looks like it was made by someone in high school or their first year of college.

My favorite part: You have to email them to cancel your membership. I HATE when companies do this. Why even bother, just let the person cancel. You're making this more awkward than it has to be.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing. Product is full of bugs and the company says they have thousands of satisfied customers and reviews. Here we are and there are no reviews, just this one. I was jipped and feel stolen.
