Quick service
Had a wonderful text-out with Rica. I was surprised how prompt the response was, given that there were 'longer wait times', and when I missed the first response, she jumped back on when I resubmitted my query. Everything was handled well, refund, etc., and I managed to book the correct flights right away, same day. (Obviously my bank was playing nice too!).

Experience was great. The repayments were minimal depending on when you book. However, the small con for me is that it has 4 currencies; it doesn't have NZD; I would like to see exactly how much to pay. I would book another trip through Paylater again no doubt

I have been buying my airfare tickets…
I have been buying my airfare tickets from paylater since 2023. The customer service are excellent, staff are always helpful and always ready to help with my queries. The prices are capped you may find it slightly higher than other companies but they offer payment plan. Most companies don't, select companies offer only four payment but paylater offer longer than that. As long as you meet your regular repayments you are good. They also able to assist you if you need extensions to pay. I have not utilised extensions but If i do it is there. Its for ease of mind knowing your flight is booked and pay as per your budget. This is my 2nd booking with Paylater Travel. What I like about this platform is the ease of use and a quick assistance via chat. The fares are quite pricey but its on installment basis, so can't complain about that. There were a few times when I had questions and requests about the booking.
