Always so helpful and QUICK

Always so helpful and QUICK! They wait on me more than I wait on them. They check in often to be sure everything is ok until its resolved!

The BEST Customer Service (and the Easiest Integration!)

Our medical office has used PayJunction for ~10 years and they have always been incredibly helpful when we've had to call them. One time, in all those years, we had an issue with the bill cycle or something and they worked with us to ensure that we were happy and we didn't feel like we were getting taken advantage of.

I recently saw that they had a payment integration for our EMR software, Dr. Chrono, and Lara Beesley scheduled a Zoom with me to get it installed. Greg Hull?/Hall? (sorry forgot his last name) was also on the Zoom. She got it installed, customized to what we were needing for our practice, went through all my questions and customized it some more. It has made PayJunction and our EMR so seamless I am already getting it put in at the other doctors' office I work at. The fees are cheaper than other payment systems, it is SO EASY to use, it is customizable, and the customer service get 10/10 absolutely recommend! Thank you, Lara, Greg, Kevin, and the PayJunction team for being such a helpful company and one I would rather use than anything else.

I loved the service until they started charging 19%!!!

I loved the service until they started charging 19%! There are a lot of cheaper services out there, keep looking!

A 19% rate is definitely high. PayJunction bills directly for Virtual Terminal usage (eg. PayJunction.com): however, gateway fees are not assessed at a 19% rate. Instructions for viewing the monthly Gateway Bill are available here. How can I find my gateway bill?

Separately, per transaction processing rates and other fees are established by the merchant account provider. The merchant account provider is also responsible for funding deposits and monthly billing of processing fees. A 19% rate is not standard and should be reviewed directly with the merchant account provider.

If there is any confusion around billing, our team can help review the account setup and clarify how fees are structured. We value transparency, and we are happy to assist.

Nate was very helpful with our installation. We hit a few snags along the way with set-up at our multi-location business, but he stuck with us and helped with each step of the way. Very please.

I am reviewing the customer service I received from Kevin Sanchez and Gustavo Lopes. They both went above and beyond in helping me out with some issues I was having (not even primarily with PayJunction but the way a partner service had some things integrated). They both were extraordinarily helpful, potentially the best customer service I have received from anyone anywhere.
