While putting the triple bunk together ( 2 of us as per the instructions) it literally fell apart. I emailed the company directly, they responded requesting more photos which were sent. I have now sent 6 further emails in total and sadly ALL have gone unanswered. We were within the 30 days of their policy reporting the issue. They are still taking weekly payments. We were understanding initially that sometimes there are problems with products and it is just bad luck. However, the ignoring of emails over a longer period of time indicates that perhaps we should be more concerned that we have been scammed. We will now be looking to get legal advice as to our options. It’s extremely frustrating.

I'm absolutely shock at level of service from your company l've used u in past and everything went well but this one starting have negative effect sadly l've had chase u week on week as u wouldn't contact me then u say oh try book a delivery but didn't have update number fair play I email u back stright away 1 week later to respond to email is shocking then book delivery that second week for Friday then waited in all day to mid day thought l'll contact u see if still coming as didn't hear from so called carrier oh we’re get to definitely next week this now 3rd week trying a delivery had phone call after had keep chasing them on that Monday to be told we will definitely deliver this week we now Thursday had no phone call for this sofa be delivered this week what a absolute joke this now thinking of cancelling my order coz same excuse each week

SCAM
Absolute scam of a company and I would avoid completely. They are nasty with dealings, they lie, twist things and gaslight. Things went haywire when I went into hospital to have my baby. I became unwell. It took an awful lot of emails and them treating me badly for them to put a hold on my account. Although it wasn’t a hold because they were threatening me the entire time. The way they talk to you is a joke. At vulnerable times they will try and instill fear in you.
I asked for a freedom of information request which they are refusing to give me. So I have ended up reporting them to ICO.
I have also tried to raise a complaint. Which they have put off and told me they were sending to a manager to deal with. I contacted them a couple of weeks ago asking what’s happening with the information and my complaint which they said it’s still being dealt with.
They send me a threatening email today (again) while refusing to deal with my emails and trying to take unauthorised payments from my bank. Again, trying to instill fear in me. For them to send me a very cheeky, selfish and gaslighting response avoiding all accountability, still refusing to deal with my complaint but telling me my complaint was dealt with in June! I put the complaint in on the 30th June 15:34. I got a response on the 1st July at 8:44 in the morning saying it has been passed onto management. I feel the company is being run buy children with no customer service experience.
I am now taking further action against the company which they know. Hence the cheeky response today because in their eyes they can’t do anything wrong and how dare I have a problem with their unprofessional childlike ways. They are getting no further payments. Refusing to send me contract information etc. go against rules when it suits them.

Refused delivery on arrival and found three years later they are still taking payments for the machine. Wouldn’t tell me a total iv paid, told me they had proof of delivery but refused to show me. Threatened me with court then said we will and we will get all the fees too. Very rude, very impolite. Has told me after three years of taking money that I still owe over 200 for a washing machine….they never delivered.

Stay away from payitweeklybeds they sold me two beds that fell apart. The fronts of the drawers fell off in the delivery drivers hand. He just banged them back on. Which then fell off again when he left. I called the company and they told me to just use some glue….
How about you don’t sell cheap broken goods for a expensive price…
The drawer them self also fell apart. It was as though they were just folded and not fixed.
The mattresses are cheap the bed base is also made at a very low budget that they collapsed.
I stopped payment because of this and they then use your bank details manually and take money from you without your consent. Disgusting preying on people with low incomes and desperate.
Edit update) as you have responded to my honest review I would like to add. Your driver did bring the bed in “wrapped” and the drawer front did fall off! And we unwrapped it white he was here…
You did not want to help me at the time and you have only wrote that nice message below so that others think this is incorrect information. I do not want to contact you any longer. I can prove to anyone that wishes to see my proof of purchase with you.
And you can keep trying all your fraudulent ways to take money from my bank as you have been because my bank are now on to you. And I hope others that have been bullied by your unprofessional texts come forward and something gets done anybout this scamming company.

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm honestly disgusted by this company and their poor customer service. I ordered my daughters a bunk bed paid the deposit, paid the 6 weekly installments and delivery fee. Bed arrives covered in mould. After disposing of the first bunk bed and mattresses myself costing £120, I was sent a replacement 4 weeks later with no mattresses, this took a further 2 weeks to be delivered. My husband and I were sharing a bed with a 8 and 3 year old for the duration. I tried contacting them during that period multiple times and was ignored. The new bunk bed broke within a week due to flimsy wood. Again they wouldn't answer my emails. During the period of having no bed we made none of the weekly payments. They're no chasing me relentlessly to finish the payment plan. I asked weeks ago for the remaining balance to be sent to me and I've received nothing. Now they're threatening legal action because "I'm actively avoiding them". I work full time as a nurse and cannot take phone calls. They've also been sending very unprofessional text messages which I can't reply to. I cannot express how disappointed I am with this company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Fantastic product and customer service
Having to currently deal with inadequate customer service from our home insurance company, and a garage with no communication skills either, I have to say that my experience with this company is second to none.
The process is clearly indicated on emails and the website, we had a few issues with delivery, through my misunderstandings, but I even had responses at almost 10pm at night to reassure me. And the delivery guys were just immense to get it delivered before Christmas last year.
I have just completed paying for my sons bed and it's been a brilliant process from start to finish.
Beautiful, sturdy, very well made product, easy for a middle aged woman to put together on her own! (Well apart from the little roof as it was so heavy due to quality wood).
Thoroughly recommend these guys.

Dont be fooled!!.... I paid a decent amount of money off as a deposit and a few payments.... My circumstances changed... I have been dianosed PTSD and severe anxiety. I rang them to kindly ask for a refund due to my change in circumstances and i wouldnt be able to keep up with the repayments so instead of getting myself into debt i thought i would cancel the order and ask for a refund..... They said they will only be refunding £50 which is a very small amount compared to what i paid.... So they have kept my money for nothing and i get no product for my money.... Under medical terms you would think they would be a little more compassionate!!!

i have had several items from this company, 2 beds, freezer, mattresses, sofa and armchair, and after paying the 6 payments, have had no problem with receiving the items it is a good way to check affordability i think it helped me massively. they are very helpful and have very good customer service. recently i ordered a fridge freezer made weekly payments and paid delivery charge, was contacted to say delivery would be more than 8 weeks due to out of stock, they sourced me an alternative with quick delivery, however unfortunately it did not fit, so contacted them again and they have worked with me to find a smaller one that will definitely fit, and got quick delivery for it aswell very happy with the service i received.

Triple bunk is amazing
Received our Triple bunk last month and it has transformed my kids room. Saves sooooo much space and is really sturdy. Got 3 mattresses included with it too which was a great bonus. I will definitely be using again as I need a new sofa soon.

Great quality, love it.
Had my bed delivered yesterday, have put it up today and am very, very pleased. The quality is great, I was a little sceptical but shouldn’t have been. They said they would be a little slower delivering because of Easter, but it still came less than a week of them saying. I paid 6 weekly payments as requested and am happy with it all. Look forward to a good nights sleep tonight.

Took a £90 deposit from me without any warning that I’d have to make ridiculous amounts of weeks payments before they even ship the bed out four weeks after I’ve made six consecutive payments absolutely disgusting how this company thinks they can take deposits of people without making it clear that they won’t be getting the beds any time soon if I don’t get my refund, I’ll be opening a dispute with my bank this evening as these are absolutely disgusting

Love the London bus bunk bed. Very happy with the service as I would never have afforded this great bed for my children otherwise. The mattresses were much better than I thought they would be too. Very quick delivery, highly satisfied with the bed, I paid four weeks up front so could have the bed quicker and my daughter loves her bed, and it looks fab in my girls room. Highly recommend if you can’t afford to buy outright like me, it comes with good quality mattress aswell. Very pleased.
