I am having a real problem with paying too much. When I tried to purchase the insurance the payment kept failing. I eventually managed to buy a policy but several days later I noticed that two payments have been taken. Yet I only have one active policy. Their customer service team have now gone quiet on me and have not called me back since last week. I’m really hoping they will pay me back because I really can’t afford to lose £400+.
