Stay away!!!! Do not use these cards! Card had a value of 500 nok and was charged service fee of 16 nok for every month the card was not used. When I tried to use the card - thinking it still had the original amount - the card was declined. Found out that they also charge 6 nok for an attempt to use the PIN. What a joke. Will never recommend or use Paygoo.

ATTENTION all Paygoo users! Be aware that Paygoo charges a monthly fee of 16 NOK and then 50 NOK, which can quickly deplete the balance of your gift card. In my case, my gift card had a balance of 1000 NOK, but after some months, the balance was completely gone due to the monthly fee. I strongly advise everyone to NOT buy Paygoo and consider alternative payment methods to avoid falling victim to this seemingly fraudulent system.

TOTAL SCAM.This is Norway bought it on kiwi 12 days ago. They stole my money.
In Norway? I would rate them 10 minus.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. They are scammers. They take the money off of your gift card every month. We got 1000 sek for our wedding. They took 16 sek each month and after a year, 50 sek. They also take 39 sek to activate the card. DO NOT BUY this for your friends. Horrific company and concept. Should be illegal.

Way to many if's and but's and fees for all sort of things! Say away!

3 Months to activate? Follow the instructions and enter in the correct ID in a text message. takes less than a minute.

Doesn't work anywhere? I have used it in Shops, Cafe's, Online orders not a single problem.

Beware of the fees? Read the damn fees written on their website 🤦

Terrible like some kind of SCAM, I tried to contact their customer service because my chard doesn't work and money is in there, nobody answer on email and I sent several, also impossible to get through on the phone a robot says it's wrong chard and customer id number. So no one to help and the money is stuck because when u open the account u need to put in money

What a nightmare..

It is far too difficult to activate the card, and when it finally succeeds, you cannot buy anything with it. the monthly fee is absolutely ridiculous. We have lost all DKK 700 before the card was even activated.

Seems like a huge scam.

Worst I've been involved in..
Waited a month to receive a code. Withdrawn over NOK 100 per Card. Biggest b... S... I've ever been a part of.
Useless people....

Took multiple tries to get the account activated, took over 2 hours of retrying to activate the card, only to find out they had taken half the money off the card before it was even activated.

My wife purchased a paygoo card that did not work. It would not verify for use. She purchased a second card which did not work. The business where she bought the card could not fix the cards. We contacted paygoo which is only open during business hours and is not 24/7 support could not fix the cards after two days of store visits and phone calls. This process has taken over a week.

It took me 3 month to activate my card, extremely slow customer service, poorly working online platform. Its a shame that a good concept us ruined by such a poor implementation. Stay away from this service!
