It was the fact that the night before we had a text to say it had been cancelled and we had ripped up the old flooring and moved furniture out that was the only down side.

The fitter Jack who came to do my flooring was really nice and did an efficient job, the communication was there from the moment he rang to the moment he finished. Prior to that the communication I had over the phone with the office was nil, the fitting date was cancelled on the day it should of been because of their error on the authorisation for the fitter but they did manage to fit me in for the day after once I had stressed to them that I had no flooring as the date on the app didn’t change until late morning on the supposed day of fitting. I will be using them again but I would like Jack to fit my flooring as I feel he was genuine in his work.
