Scam site. Fixed.

What a crock of 💩!! Has anyone ever won anything other than 0 spins on big bonanza? Every single time, that's supposed to be impossible. Haven't won a penny, nor even had any bonus rounds. Site is set to steal from you. Blatant robbery!

I requested a self-exclusion from PayByMobileSlots (Jumpman Gaming Ltd) in mid-April 2025 after recognising my gambling had become harmful. Despite FIVE urgent follow-up emails clearly asking for my account to be closed, they allowed me to keep depositing for over 10 WEEKS - totaling more than five thousand pounds - and only actioned the exclusion after my entire balance was lost.

I was repeatedly blocked from withdrawing anything over £500 despite my account and payment method being verified. Their system only allowed one withdrawal per day, and on one occasion stopped me altogether, leaving my balance trapped.

My emails asking for help were ignored, even though I had over £6,000 in my account at one point. I eventually lost the full amount - and then, suddenly, the self-exclusion I’d begged them to process was applied.

To make it worse, they now demand documents and KYC checks after they’ve wiped my balance and won’t give me access to the account.

I’ve just filed complaints/reports to UKGC, the ICO, Action Fraud, and Met Police's economic crime unit.

This is not a safe or responsible operator. Their practices are predatory and criminal. Their support is non-existent, and their licensing should be seriously srtripped from them.

Absolute scammers, they will steal your money I've won 600+ and they won't pay me out, I can't even access the withdrawal section of the website now either, and all there help desk tells me to do is to update my payment methods. Stay away from these.

Scammers simple take your money then after winning ask for I'd don't take my money if you're going to mess around how can you take money without I'd and let someone play and then when asked for money back (winning) you say no 🤷‍♂️👎👎👎👎👎👎🤣🤬

Avoid at all costs quick enough to take your money 💰 asking for I'd and all relevant info then blocking your account when you've made a withdrawal will be telling ppl not to use

Disgusting situation , I’m loyal to them spent 100’s cashed out couple quid here n there as it goes !!! But when I last spent atleast 100 I tried to cash out 50 and they didn’t even show the withdraw button so after multiple attempts still no withdraw button I ended up playing it and lost it and went back and tried at 30 but still no withdraw option !!!! Disgusting !!! No live chat either to sort it. Out …… very bad casino. !!!! Thought they were my go to casino aswel ?!!!!!!!

Needs shutting down and criminal charges brought to owner. Asks more Identification documents than a high security prison. Just endless traps and excuses to stop withdrawals.

This is a scam. The fact that they haven't come back with some feedback shows that someone or a group of people have managed to get licences to run a mobile casino and is running it illegally by taking deposits and not paying out. Someone needs to report this to the gaming ombudsman. I will start the procedure but if anyone else has had the same problem and feels like they have been robbed. Please follow suit as these people need to be investigated. It's disgusting that they are allowed to get away with this scam.
