paybtc users beware!

This company has closed my account without my consent after my account was scammed out of $1000's of dollars that ended up in the criminals Wallet! Once you have reported the Scam to paybtc their response is to supply you with the Scammers Wallet Code and promptly tell you "Your account has been disabled." giving you no Access to your past transaction details to be able to take further action against anyone? Most unfair in my opinion but I expect paybtc will flag this review like they have with so many in the past!!! Deal with at your peril!

Simple, easy to use and efficient. I've had no issues with any of my purchases, Audrey and Ben are always very helpful.

It is a great Bitcoin-only exchange, especially if you want to buy larger amounts of bitcoin. Customer service is very responsive, making the experience smooth even if you have questions.

Users of paybtc should be aware that scammers can use their platform to deposit your money and when doing so they can enter details where you are not able to recover the money deposited.
The organisation states they 'prohibits and is vigorous to prevent money laundering and any activity that enables money laundering or the finance of terrorist or criminal activities by observing all applicable requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (AML/CTF Act), and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Rules (AML/CTF Rules) and its implementing regulations.'
I have been victim to this where I am not able to access the money deposited yet the scammers continue to trade with the money deposited that is in an unknown account.
This was advised to 'paybtc' acknowledging that it is unfortunate we were scammed stating 'that we do not ask users to make sure they own and control'.
As a user of 'paybtc' if you are not in full control and are being assisted by a Broker to setup a trade to buy and sell then your funds are unrecoverable.
In this case the scammers continue to buy and sell with our funds $15,190 AUD and 'paybtc' were made aware of this had not closed down the account to stop the trading and are not able to assist you in recovering your funds.

Highly recommend for instant transfers. Excellent support team. Will use paybtc for all of my future transfers. It’s the only self custody exchange in Australia!

So impressed! Have tried many other systems for buying BTC with my Australian dollars, all of which were ok but either very slow and/or with poor/non-existent customer support.
