I am writing to share my experience…

I am writing to share my experience with Payabl.com and to warn others. I lost €900 through a transaction processed via their platform, and Payabl.com has refused to take responsibility.
1. Obfuscated Merchant Name / Transaction Laundering: On my bank statement, the transaction does not show the real merchant name. I had to use Google to identify the party behind this payment. This shows that Payabl.com is involved in transaction laundering, making it very difficult to identify who actually receives the money.
2. No Goods or Services Received: I paid for a product or service, but received nothing. The merchant is unreachable and unresponsive.
3. Limited Support / Chargeback Refusal: I contacted Payabl.com for help. They have not responded since March 20, and they refused to assist with a proper chargeback. I have no contract with Payabl.com or the merchant, and I do not have an account with them, making it impossible to recover the funds on my own.

I demand a chargeback for this transaction immediately. If Payabl.com does not provide support promptly, I will escalate this matter to a financial ombudsman and legal counsel to recover my money.

It is unacceptable that a platform engages in transaction laundering and refuses to assist customers who receive no goods or services. Payabl.com must improve transparency and customer support to prevent others from experiencing the same issues.

Be careful/Paypabl support illegal gambling in Eu/Uk

Payabl supports illegal transactions such as illegal gambling. They claim to be clean, but in my case I have proof that they are involved. Out of two transactions, they refunded only one, and then told me they would not respond to any further emails.

My question is: if they are truly clean, why did they refund only one transaction? Both transactions were of the same nature.

In any case, you should check what FinTelegram says about them before entering into any cooperation.

Don't work with Payabl, ever

#1 - Onboarding took months

#2 - Fees were high, integration was slow + unoptimized and key features were missing (credit card imprint, etc)

#3 - We were working with them for 5 months (being compliant, responding and very cooperative) and yet they decided to terminate our contract without any warning, taking our business down immediately

#4 - They're refusing to give us the money they were holding as "caution" (that they owe us) even when we didn't have any chargebacks and very few refunds

We've lost time, energy and a lot of money because of Payabl's poor service.
