I have no idea how Uviba has 4.5 stars? They have our funds and refuse to pay them out because 'Stripe held their funds'. We trusted Uviba with our payments and funds, not Stripe. If we have to try and recover our money from Stripe then why on earth would we use Uviba? We even tried to settle and ask for at least 50% back and forgive 50% as a loss to us for no reason but they even refused that. If you operate a payments company then startups trust you with their money, don't shift the blame on to third party companies, you should honour the payments to your customers. Your own problems with other companies are exactly that, your problems not your users. I have absolutely no clue how you get away with this and how many other companies have lost their money.
P.S. I see you have two Trustpilot accounts (also shady for a brand) so I'll post this there too.
Update 1st August 2020: Uviba chose to report my review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines, I used your company, you still have our money, we had a contract with you. Instead of taking shady actions to get the review removed, it would have been far better and more honest of you to actually publically respond to my review and solve the issue. All you have done now is made the issue worse. If you create a 3rd Trustpilot page, I'll leave the same review there so other users have an honest and genuine review to their advantage before using Uviba, that is the purpose of Trustpilot reviews, to allow honest reviews not just positive reviews which suit you.

I was first not sure to use Uviba but when I talked to their customer support service I got impressed and integrated it into my site. Now I am very happy with Uviba.
Uviba has morden plugins. There is no risk while you are using it. Great process and co-operative staff.
I Was Having Funds In My Uviba Account When Stripe Held Your Money , Now i see that my account is in 0 But i have all the screenshot of my payments And also i got all the proof, i talked to you on live chat but i don't get any reply from you , kindly tell us where is our held money go ??

Great service, for real users, but on other hand i looked over the reviews and all the bad reviews are made by scammers them self ( clearly ) most of them are from third world countries and not send people products and be scammers them self, as because there was no requirement like document verification when joining uviba it was an easy target for scammers, they all so unhappy that they got blocked nothing else yous can do just write reviews that is scam, absolute losers... i hope yous never get funds and i hope uviba refunds all funds to customers after there 180 days that has been blocked by stripe. I been in contact with uviba since day one, no issues what so ever. Yes i know stripe blocked there partnership and uviba took a hit, but yous probably dont know that they always keep in contact with true companies like my self and that they have new contract with different banks and other companies and will be able onboard people again, but only legit and not a bunch of scammers like your selfs. Truly great service guys, dont be put away from this fake reviews, as all my friends who used uviba had never got funds frozen till stripe, but all funds will be released to me and my friends, and we be provided with new merchant accounts with in few weeks.

I would like to support UVIBA in that hard times and explain why it happened.
I had an UVIBA account, verification was through Stripe. There was no any issues with payouts.
Once the "Stripe crisis" has arrived, they have informed me regarding this issue so I have planned everything ahead and then disconnected my Stripe account.
They can't do anything.. If stripe have notified them about the hold of funds for 180 days, they will hold it until 180 days..
This platform has saved my business because they don't freeze funds
i have worked with other platforms for a long time and it was very difficult to work with them and it almost cost me my business.
Its a really easy to use their platform the transactions smooth the support is 2nd to none anything i had a query about they responded fast and help me solve it

I have used uviba from very early stage from when they started and never ever had any issues, support is great, never get funds frozen is just amazing platform, and guy i seen some people write bad review, dont believe them! They must be absolute scammers that uviba shuts them down. Note guys all negative reviews that this platform gets is only doe that scammers get shut down and then threatening Uviba (give me my money back or i post your a scam company.) I have spoken my self to the owner many times in past they never shut u down if your legit business. And yes if your a scammer i suggest looking somewhere else as you will be shut down ! I would say uviba is not a cheapest option, but for quality its worth it ;)
I have been charged twice for a payment they handled. The seller does not respond to communication.
