Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with Paxum’s service. I requested a withdrawal on 13 June and, despite waiting days, I still do not have access to my own money.

Every time I contact support, I receive vague replies telling me the transfer was “sent” or that there is a “technical issue” with their banking partner, but nobody can provide a clear resolution date, transaction reference, or proof of where my funds actually are.

A payment service is supposed to make accessing your money easier, not leave customers waiting indefinitely while giving generic responses.

This delay has caused real financial stress because I was relying on these funds. The lack of transparency and urgency from Paxum has completely destroyed my trust in the company.

I will not be using this service again and I strongly recommend others think carefully before relying on Paxum for important payments.

Paxum support team will keep sending you AI messages. Without any help or whatever. They are not interested in having new clients

I tried to register my account. Paxum team keep closing it without any reason. I think it’s like automatically issue from their side. But to get any help from support is impossible because they just send clishe messages from AI. All my papers and documents were approved, all steps.
