Terrible customer service didnt care one bit about my order. Also order the beggining of march and after contacting them twice arrived in june and the collars which I ordered mediums are the sizes of belts that fit around my waist and I'm not a small girl

DO NOT BUY A WIND CHIME FROM THIS PLACE. THEY DO NOT CHIME DUE TO THE WAY THAT THEY ARE MADE!!!

I purchased the Listen to the Wind wind chime in memory of my dog who passed. WASTE OF MONEY. Not impressed. Took a month to receive. It came totally knotted and took nearly 15 minutes to un-knot the cheap string they used to hang the pieces. When I picked it up to hang it up it knotted up again. PIECE OF JUNK - NOW IN GARBAGE. Save your money and go to a dollar store. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I saw an ad on Facebook that they were going out of business and were selling everything they had in stock. Upon ordering I received a confirmation email of my order plus a letter that said it could take 1-3 weeks for my items to be shipped because they custom make everything and it may take longer to get my whole order together. That immediately gave me a bad feeling considering they were supposedly “getting rid of what they had in stock”. It’s May 20th and I haven’t received anything yet. I’ve emailed them twice and get the same generic reply of “due to our unusual high volume of emails we will reply within 24-48hrs” but they never do. There is no other way to contact them unfortunately and I can’t find them on Facebook either to write a review. Their regular website doesn’t say anything about them going out of business, just says about the sale going on with the same things that apparently they never run out of. I’ve read reviews that they charge you $10 monthly so I’m watching my bank account like a hawk. I will take it to my bank if they do charge me because I will not allow this scam of a website to take $10 from me monthly. DO NOT BUY FROM PAWWS.COM.

I placed my order on 3/21 and after 3 weeks of not hearing from them, I emailed the company. For the next month and a half and 5 emails from me, I kept receiving "You are at the top of our queue, we are a small company hit with COVID and are doing our best." and then went on to explain that they make a lot of the stuff once the order is placed. I replied and told them that that made no sense since I had purchased clearance items, stuff they said they were "clearing inventory" for so WHY would they be making it once an order came in. I heard nothing back. After the 3rd email response from them, I realized it was the SAME GENERIC EMAIL every time and they weren't actually responding to my questions/concerns in any way. I have since asked for a refund, and I haven't heard anything. I emailed again, giving them a deadline before I contact my bank and get them involved.

Awhile ago, I saw an ad pop up on Facebook with everyone's positive comments, so I posted my own negative one to try and warn everyone away from this company. Of course my comment was deleted mere HOURS later. This is a HORRIBLE company and I wish I never ordered from them.

Awful company to do business with. As with others I am still waiting for my order. I have asked multiple times to cancel and give me back my money. No luck.

Well first off, I had to wait an extra long time to receive my order (in which I had to reach out to them about due to the lag time). Once I received it, 3 of the 4 items I ordered were wrong! I had ordered 2 of the wind chimes (which are small and don't clink together to "chime) and 2 rings. I received 1 of the wind chimes, a bracelet and 2 sets of the matching collar/bracelet for you and your pet which I would never had ordered cuz they were larger collars and I have Chihuahuas 🙄. The collars sunflower collar set looks so cheesy and cheap too.
I've sent them an email letting them know I'm not happy... think I've heard from them yet? Nah
I'll have to keep an eye on my account and be sure theyre not charging me monthly subscription fee.

I placed an order on March 21st. April 3rd, almost 2 weeks of not hearing anything about my order, after reading their shipping policy, I emailed inquiring status. For 5 days, I waited for a response. Nothing. In the mean time they are emailing me and posting advertisements on facebook for more products. So I started commenting on peoples facebook posts (on the Pawws page), excited about their orders, explaining the delay and lack of communication I was having. I also messaged them telling them I wanted to cancel and get a refund. Finally, April 8th, they emailed me and messaged me back on facebook telling me that they apologized for not getting back with me and that successfully cancelled the order, to wait 5-10 business days for a refund. Well April 22nd was 10 business days, and I have no refund. I emailed, got no response. Yesterday I got back on facebook and started commenting on those posts again and miraculously thats what It took for them to reply. They told me it shows it processed on their end so this is my banks fault and to stop emailing so many times. Well my bank has been open through this pandemic and I explained to them what was going on, they said if it shows processed on Pawws end that they should see it, and they don't. And before I could message back on facebook to explain that and for then to show me proof of their "processed refund" on their end, they blocked me!!!! I have screenshots of all the messages and all the unanswered emails, I can't make this up. What a disgusting company to be messing with people during a hard time, and even if wasn't. Shame on this scamming company!!

If I could give zero stars I happily would. I’ve sent 3 emails now and it’s the same replies, I placed my order on March 22nd and it is now April 23rd. After I sent my second email asking for a refund they decided to ship it on the 11th of April. They gave me a tracking number and every time I go to see where its at it says my tracking number isn’t anywhere in the system. I will never buy from this company again, this was my first and last order from this. They only show the good reviews on their website. If only I saw these reviews before I decided to purchase my collar bracelet set.. just terrible!!!

I liked my product, but it took a very long time to receive it. T-shirts are true to size, which is nice. BUT...read the small print, once you buy something you are a "member" and 30 days later, you will be auto charged 10 bucks on your debit card.

I signed up and placed an order. I can no longer login or get a new password as it says it does not have my email on file. Yet i get an email from them every week. I can not find a phone number to call only a place to email and they keep charging me every month.

This website took several weeks to confirm my order then several more weeks to have it delivered. They then signed me up for a subscription and charged me $10 for it even though I never created an account with them. Seems like a scam website that I highly regret using.
