This merchant does not deliver on the promise

This is the worst merchant I have encountered. My merchandise took much longer than the promised date to arrive because it shipped from China. The shipment tracking link I was sent was in Chinese. The correct size item was received but it was still too small for my dog. I called about a return and was told item could not be returned but I would receive a 15% refund. This was promised 2 months ago and I still have not received my credit. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MERCHANT!

They talk and bad customer service.

Unfortunately I ordered from this company and waited over 6 weeks for my order! I tried to cancel and was told the item was shipped. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL IS THEY ORDER FROM CHINA. AND THE SIZING IS COMPLETELY OFF BY 2 SIZES! I ended up donating the fleece sweaters, which belong to "tea cup" size dogs. My Frenchie's "are small" at 18lbs., and the SIZE LARGE barely fit over thier heads!

WORST COMPANY EVER!!

I ordered six weeks ago and never received so I told them to cancel my order and they said they couldn’t because it had already been shipped and I still haven’t received. My credit card company canceled it for me. DON’T order from this company. They’re a scam.

I ordered a vest for my dog by mistake. Within seconds after ordering it emailed them to cancel and they are trying to tell me my order was already preparing to ship. There is no number to call either.

I ordered a hat for my dog-do not buy from this company

If I could rate this company with negative stars I would do so. I ordered a hat for my dog. The photos on the website do not represent the hat. It looks great in the pictures but is not the same when you receive it. I ordered on January 30,2026 and received it on March 3, 2026. When I placed the order, the website indicated my order would be received in 10-15 days. I had to contact them, via email, several times to get an update on shipment of the order. When I received it on 3/3 and asked for a refund because of the poor quality and fit, they offered 15 % refund ($3.59) or a 25% discount on a future order. After another email exchange, they indicated that I must return it to the Quanzhou Alilling Co warehouse in China. That would be the only way of receiving a refund. I paid $23.94 for the item and it will probably cost close to what I paid, by the time I pay customs and postage. At this point, I am not willing to gamble any more of my money on this company. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from their website. You are wasting your valuable time and money.

Horrible Customer Service

Back in November, 2025 we bought a harness for our dog, Freida, because she could no longer have a leash attached to her collar. She had developed a tumor on her neck and with a leash attached to the collar, it put pressure on the tumor. We were trying different harnesses where the leash attached to a ring on the top of the harness instead of the front, and ordered one that looked like it would work, from Paw Print Pad. Their website said "Easy Returns" for a refund or exchange. The way the harness fit still put pressure on the tumor, so it wouldn't work. When I requested to return it for a refund, I was told that they had just changed their Return Policy, and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the harness to their warehouse in China. However, if I wanted store Credit, they would give me a 50% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. If I wanted a cash refund, they would give me a 20% refund, and I could keep or donate the harness. Since it cost more to ship to China than I paid for the Harness, I accepted their offer for the 20% refund. That was in November. I have made multiple requests via email for them to process my refund, but every time I get an auto response that they are still waiting for an update from the appropriate department to be able to process my refund. No customer service at all!

They have false advertisements

They have false advertisements. They show you the product you did a Google search for and when you receive the item it's something totally different. When you reach out to them they dont respond to your emails.

Knock off dog gear scam

I ordered a harness for my dog- she’s a german shepherd mix so we were very particular about getting a “friendly” color. The brand that was recommended was out of stock in our color everywhere but Paw Print Pad. My partner was frustrated by the shopping experience so I went ahead and ordered it.

It took longer than stated to get a shipping notification. I never got an estimate on when to expect my item, and when I emailed (3 times) I got the exact same, unhelpful response.

The tracking number went to a site in Chinese. The English translation wasn’t great and I was never able to track my order. I almost enlisted a friend to translate the site for me!

After waiting almost a month, I received the harness. It’s too small! We measured her multiple times because her breed is known for fit issues. We definitely ordered the right size. On further inspection, I noticed there are no brand labels and there are details that are different than the product pictures.

It’s a knock off!!!

I stated the return process but I’m not hopeful based on passed experience. I think I’m probably out close to $50 at this point. This is as close to as scam as you can get, in my opinion.

Ordered a recovery suit for my dog Wasway too small

Ordered a recovery suit for my dog Was supposed to arrive 10-15 business days. Came in almost 5 weeks later. Ordered a large What I got would barely fit my cat. Tried to get them to send a label to refund. They refused saying I could keep the suit and get a 15% refund or get 25%off next order. Why would I keep a suit that doesn't fit?

I already notified my credit card company about fraud and they told me I won’t have to pay the charge. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING “PAW PRINT” or similar websites.

The worst of the worst!!

The worst of the worst!!! Please do NOT buy anything from this company.
1- You will never receive it
2. They do not refund your money inspite of the fact that they do not send you your merchandise (it’s like making a donation to them!!!)
3- no contact information. Their telephone number goes nowhere!! You can leave all the messages you want and no one will ever call you back
4- customer service- there is none! you can send an email after email and some AI inbox will send you an automated response. You will never find out where your package is, or if your package is ever going to come. so save your money.

I wish some governmental agency would close them down

Bad karma company

I ordered a raincoat for my dog at a size according to their size chart after meticulously measuring my dog first. It took a whole month to get as I did not realize that it came directly from China even though their office is based here in San Francisco. When I tried to get a refund they would only give me 20% of the amount I paid and ONLY after I mailed it back to China and it was received. So they kept 80% of my money and I had to pay for the return shipping, which I did not do and had to write it off as a total loss. As a previous review said, total scam company. I wish I could get the word out to more sites so trusting people can avoid my experience. Hopefully karma will give this company what it truly deserves, bankruptcy.
