Thank you escalate team to solve my problem

They're understanding to work with me.

Complete scam. Took money out of my account multiple times without my approval and refuses to refund my account. They keep emailing saying they will refund me and its been 2 weeks and nothing.

The membership was not quite what I had in mind, so I reached out to customer service and Kevin responded in a professional and timely manner making my cancellation an easy process.

They were right on top of my issue and made sure it was taken care of without hesitation.

I didn't like the confusion of buying a promotional product that resulted in being signed up for a membership that couldn't be canceled for 6 months. I did like the response they offered to correct the issues. They eventually refunded the membership cost so overall im satisfied

It was not clear that I was subscribing to something. I thought I was making a 1-time purchase. They have been helpful getting it cleared up.

When I read the offer there was not any indication that I saw to say this was a digital discount card service. I saw pawprance but it appeared like a company that does the collecting. And yes I was expecting a physical package because that is the impression that I got from reading the the description of the order.
