My previous entry was removed because trustpilot said they could not verify it. Well, here I am again and I am writing a very disappointed review because my daughter still has not received her order that was placed on May 2nd with the hope she would get it on time for Mother's Day or even if it was a few days late it would have still been okay. Here we are a month later and no sign of the package anywhere. I did hear from Eric at pawperfect house saying I would have a new order placed and sent and I should hear something within 7 days of his contact. Well, it is almost 7 days and I am still waiting and there are no new updates of a new order# or the package begin sent. The stress of ordering and not getting something on time is not worth what I paid for the gift. I will take my business elsewhere and trustpilot should not remove a true review just because they did not like what was said.
