I placed an order through Facebook for an extra large dog bed took over three weeks to come and what a ride was absolutely disgusting. Nothing like the advert at all was not even big enough for a cat to lay on. I’ve reported this. I have been well and truly scammed out of £38 What i ordered is not what I received, absolute rubbish
Why are they allowed to get away with this? I kept emailing them contacting them. Nothing. Do not order from these people. They are scammers.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Ordered an XL dog bed from a FaceBook advert, 2-3 day delivery took over 10 days. Zero response from emails when I chased up about delivery date. When bed finally arrived, it's less than XL....more like S/M. Order was delivered through Shop and by following their link, the company is now "MyDogLoft" or "GentlePaws TM".
AVOID THESE TOO!!

Instagram advert….Ordered xl dog bed. It never arrived. No correspondence. Just an email address that never responds as already mentioned by another persons review. Thankfully I pay with PayPal credit when using a company for the first time so I can reclaim any monies i’e already parted with.
The website is no longer and this seems to be a scam . PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

We purchased a large dog bed as advertised on their Instagram page. We received the smallest bed imaginable. Total waste of £30. How can they get away with scamming people?

I bought a XXL bed for my dog, and received a L. I want to return the product and return the payment.
But there's simply only one email address that no one responds to. They're just stealing money from idiots like me who fell for their advertising
